2 years as a tutor at Mathnasium in Palm Beach Gardens where we taught from 2nd grade level math through Pre-Calculus. 1360 SAT score (out of 1600) 31 ACT score (out of 36) With the IB course load, I took IB Math standard level in HS and got a 6 on the exam (out of 7). I started tutoring several years ago and found I have a passion for learning and overcoming kids who don't understand math, don't like it or just can't keep up with how it's taught. The subject was always something I'd enjoyed since I liked the idea of right answers and wrong answers. There's a question with a set response needed. I disliked the subjective nature of the other classes where, year to year, I had teachers who wanted things their way. Math was always going to be math.
