Helping people understand a subject that is frustrating is why I love to tutor with pride. I am an experienced college professor with over 20 years of experience teaching. I teach college classes, specializing in the sciences. Microbiology, Environmental Science, and Advanced Biology are just a few of the many types of science I teach. I have taught at Palm Beach State College and Keiser University.I like to tutor by showing how the curriculum applies to real life, which often leads to "a-ha" moments. My career and life experience both help me do this. I also use creative teaching methods to teach difficult subjects when necessary.I first attended Cornell University, where I earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences. I then attended Purdue University, where I obtained a master's degree in Applied Biology. I have also taken a variety of classes online and at Florida Atlantic University, including Educational Research and Animal Physiology, along with many others. Just as importantly, I have vast life experience, having traveled the country and worked in many interesting fields. I have many hobbies, including playing almost any sport, playing chess, and collecting coins.
