I was invited into the Peer tutoring/mentoring program at UNIBE (my medical school) during last couple of months that I was there, when they began implementing the program. I got great remarks from my students, and realized through this program that I enjoy putting in time and effort to helping students learn the material they need and/or have trouble with in order to be ready for USMLE Step 1. I've always liked tutoring, and have tutored fellow classmates as a student in the past, with great responses from them. Hobbies
I just finished up medical school in the Dominican Republic, and have come home to await interviews with residency programs. I'm currently in the 2018 Match process, and applied to anesthesiology programs all over the country. I'm an avid gamer, and also love jazz music, and chill music like lo-fi hip hop. I like to go and explore the world around me, and have a good time with friends. I also enjoy cooking, and can make foods ranging from sushi to cheesecake to BBQ ribs.
